Mother Knows Best

Cult advertising agency Mother hosted their event ‘The Titty Bar’, transforming the Birdhouse space into a maternal sanctuary-meets-social club. Part speakeasy, part support circle, the event reimagined what a Mother’s Day gathering could look like.

Afters In LA

Birdhouse proudly hosted Afters in LA, a vibrant group exhibition spotlighting the work of 14 artists whose practices reflect the complexity, beauty, and rhythm of life in Los Angeles. The evening brought together a dynamic crowd to explore pieces that touched on everything from the city’s layered history to its everyday moments, neighbourhood textures, and cultural energy.

Spanning ceramics, photography, painting, and mixed media, the show offered an intimate and eclectic portrait of LA through the eyes of its artists.

Art School

Birdhouse was honoured to host a vibrant community school fundraiser led by the brilliant duo DABSMYLA. With bold artwork, big energy, and Bludso’s BBQ keeping everyone fuelled, the day was a joyful celebration of creativity and connection—the kind of event we hope to see more of in the space.
